Ad Campaign

Nestled between stunning views of a Hill Country wildlife preserve and the award winning 18-hole golf course designed by Bobby Weed is one of the most beautiful residential communities of the Texas Hill Country. Marketing the project prior to the beginning of development, our challenge was to create a vision of great things to come. Following the ad concept of "We Believe in Outdoor Advertising," which SPD created, the setting and the land was the primary selling proposition and artistic black and white fine art photography was an ideal way of communicating that idea as well as intriguing our affluent audience in an unexpected way.

The companion piece coffee table style book integrates artistic black and white photographs of the Spanish Oaks landscape as well, supported by color images of the planned architectural styles, that at the time were still on the drawing boards.
