Traffic Safety Posters
The Texas Department of Transportation and Sherry Matthews Advocacy Marketing commissioned us to do a series of traffic safety posters that would be displayed at rest stops across the state of Texas. Other than for drowsy drivers, the demographic skews to young male drivers 18-25 as the biggest violators. We created a graphic approach, in the genre of retro European advertising posters, that would appeal to this age group. The reproduction size was approximately 3' x 3'. We standardized the graphic treatment across seven concepts knowing that the installations would vary from 1 to 3 posters hung in a row in any given poster case.
