Brand Identity System Development

A critical first step was defining and gaining consensus on an identity strategy from which all concept and design explorations would emerge and be evaluated. Remington, Russell and Richardson were the primary points of convergence for our strategy and the ultimate inspirations for the development of the brand identity.

Sid Richardson’s experience as a rancher and horseman provided similar guidance in his selection of paintings and subjects that captured the spirit and image of this defining period of American history. This instinctive recognition of authenticity drove our brand strategy and defined the primary concepts and elements of visual style.

Once the guidelines were established, solutions were developed for exterior signage and banners, wayfinding, interpretive panels, exhibit labels, collateral, paper systems, the website, grand opening materials and ongoing advertising.
